3. Manuscript Submission

Authors may submit manuscripts through the journal's online submission system. Manuscripts are processed according to the journal's editorial procedures and publication policies.

Submission of a manuscript does not automatically guarantee publication in the nearest issue. The manuscript must first successfully complete all required editorial and peer-review stages before it can be scheduled for publication.

4. Editorial and Peer-Review Process

All manuscripts considered for publication are subject to editorial evaluation and the journal's double-blind peer-review process. The publication schedule of an accepted manuscript therefore depends on the completion of the review and revision process as well as the availability of space in the relevant issue.

Authors are expected to respond to editorial and reviewer comments in a timely manner so that manuscript processing can proceed efficiently.
