About the Journal

UKHUWAH: Jurnal Ilmu Syariah is a peer-reviewed scholarly journal dedicated to the study of Islamic jurisprudence, legal methodology (Usul al-Fiqh), Islamic family law, economic legal frameworks, and contemporary Sharia issues within modern society.

The journal promotes integration between classical fiqh literature and contemporary legal analysis. It welcomes rigorous research articles written in English, Arabic, or Indonesian.

All manuscripts undergo a strict double-blind peer-review process to guarantee scientific integrity, original contributions, and legal accuracy.
